Updating an Existing Knowledge Package

Caution

The interfaces and options presented here are only available to users with the Knowledge Provider role.

The GEO Knowledge Hub allows building Knowledge Packages through drafts. With this concept, you can create Packages in several steps at different moments, preventing users from making the whole Package at once.

Step-by-step

1. Accessing the User Workspace (Dashboard)

To access the workspace associated with your user, click on the My dashboard option at the top of the page.

2. Editing a Knowledge Package

On the user workspace, you will see all the content created by your user. Use the Edit button available in the right corner of each element to start editing. You will be redirected to the Deposit page.

Note

It is possible to edit an already published element. However, in this case, you can modify only the metadata.
