Jupyter Notebooks allows users to document their workflow in a single place in the form of a notebook. This notebook can include executable code, text elements, and results. Access to DE Africa's Jupyter Notebooks can be accessed through a standard web browser. The Measuring Crop Health Notebook contains cells with text annotations, Python code, and results from running the code.

Running this notebook will result in multiple products including: 

  • plots of the average NDVI in that area
